I do this with frozen mixed berries and freeze it for about an hour. I put it on top of angel food cake and it is yummy and not high in calories or fat.

sounds exactly like my favorite smoothies! (I tend to liquify them a bit more, though).
and juice (especially apple) = DELICIOUS!!
