Post Swimming and subluxations
Anybody have problems with subluxations when swimming in a warm pool?

Swimming is sone of the few exercises I can do, but I still dislocate if I'm not careful.

It's still exercise, and it's putting resistance on your movements...so you can definately dislocate/sublux while your swimming.

However, swimming is great for building strength, so if you swim often, it should get better! When I was living close enough to my college to go swimming almost every day, I felt better even out of the water. You just have to be careful...there's nothing worse than trying to put a knee back in place in deep water!

Also, I noticed that if I spent a long time in the pool, my joints got looser. I think maybe I was relaxing, and they just sorta fell out of place. Maybe you could start with less time in the pool, and work up to longer periods of time?

Well I dont know if any of that helps, but i hope so! Have a good one!
