 I haven't this since 2006, I think?
Argh! Went over on my foot this evening. Well, I guess you'd call it a sublux Difference is, my ankle subluxes have rarely been a HUGE source of pain for me. Upto age 12 I would be on the floor once ever 1 minutes where my ankle would just fall part under me. A few times in 2006 I did it, only this was after my teach-Graham-to-run-long-distance mission, so by this point I actually had some tension built up. The last time was a painful experience. Four separate simultaneous injuries. D:
Well, that was the last time, till tonight. Ankle falls apart, end up on floor, bash my knee, knock my wrists, and then trigger a (I guess you could call it a flare?) in both main damage sites. 500mg Paracetamoxyphrusybendroneomicin (In britain we call them Paracetamol) 50mg Diclofenac Sodium, and 68mg Sodium phosphate later, I'm in bed quite out of it.
OH WHAT A NIGHT! late december back in 63, what a very special time for me, what a lady what a night!
D: D: D:

Have you put the ankle back in???
Follow the normal injury stuff... R.I.C.E (Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation)...
Take it easy and support the ankle as much as you can for the next 2-4 weeks to give the ligaments and things time to heal (strap it up, brace it, bandage it (which ever you have/prefer) and use your cane if you can to take some of the weight off your leg...
How are the knee and wrist you knocked???
How is the flare in your "abdo" and such fromt he pull/fall as well???
We call it Paracetamol in OZ too, i believe the Americans call it Acetomenophin...
I looked up the lyrics to Paracetamoxyphrusybendroneomicin and it is Hilarious <LOL>, I have never heard it, until I loked up what Paracetamoxyphrusybendroneomicin was...
