Post Painful palms
i have EDS III and in the winter i suffer with really painful cramps in my hands, which stops me from picking things up and doing things like opening lids.
Does anyone else have this problem and if so do you have any tips on easing the pain??

Post Re: Painful palms
I get this all the time, not just in winter... I wish I could offer more than hugs, but I'm riding the "dont know?" train... it gets off at "who knows?" station, and the conductor is "who?"

GL with your hands, Ill let you know more once I see the doctor, and that is IF he even offers me any answers...

I deal with that as well. I find that wearing gloves and/or using those instant hot packs called "Hot Hands" helps a lot. And as much as it can hurt, move your hands and flex your fingers as much as possible to keep the blood circulating... it does help keep it from getting too bad.

Hope that helps!

Good luck. I didn't have any helpful ideas, but I just wanted to say, "Thinking of you!"
