Book review: Holistic Pain relief by Leon Chaitow

In this book, Leon Chaitow describes a wide range of approaches to pain-relief without medications. Although the author seems to be quite anti-medication, this book is ideal for those who are looking to use alternative, holistic methods to control their pain alongside western medications.

Book Review: Natural Pain relief – A Practical Handbook for Self-Help

The author , Jan Sadler, developed these techniques for pain-relief after drug therapy was ineffective in controlling her pain caused by a back injury and operation. Unlike many books on alternative pain relief, which concentrate on alternative therapies from outside our bodies, this book is entirely about the control we can develop over ourselves, our lives and our pain.

Article: Watch Your Meds!

Last night, I saw a disturbing story on the news. A local realtor had been caught on videotape entering a client's home while the owners were away, so he could steal painkillers from their medicine cabinet! What's even worse is that this was the sixth house he had robbed. He has entered a treatment program for substance abuse and will likely lose his realtor's license. What the story didn't mention, though, is how the clients who were robbed were affected. Could something like this happen to you?

You Can Dejunk, Create A Conversation Piece AND Create Virtually Free Gifts!

Recently we had our living room painted. When I went to rehang all the framed pictures, I just didn't have the heart to junk up the walls with them (there were a LOT!) An idea struck me, and off I went to my favorite local craft store's clearance aisle. There I found a 12 X 12 inch scrapbook album, on clearance for about five bucks. SNAG!

Increase Your Website Traffic with Product Reviews at ButYouDontLookSick.com

Product Reviews are an excellent way to get the word out about a unique product or business. They work much like a testimonial, which we all know is a great promotional tool, but product reviews can actually be considered a "step up" from testimonials, since they go into more detail and are by far more personal.
