Recipe: Mom's tasty easy potato salad

This is a recipe for fast easy potato salad that tastes amazing I couldn't believe how simple and easy it was and yet how amazing it tasted.

5 Large white potatoes.

1/2 large red onion

1/4cup of mayonaise

1-2 tablespoons of white vinagar

salt and pepper to taste

Chop up large potatoes in to quarters or you can use smaller potatoes just double the amount and cut into halves. Boil until done, remove skin and chop into little bits add the mayonaise I don't measure I eye ball it so about 1/4 cup you may need more or less just until it's creamy. chop red onion into small peices add to the potatoes, drizzle the vinagar you can always add more so start with one tablespoon, I just eye ball this too, you just need a little drizzle to add the kick to it not to much so add a little than taste. Add salt and pepper to taste and then refridgerate! It's easy and so amazing!

Note: You can expirement with different potatoes and adding different veggies to the salad!this makes about enough for four to six people as a side dish.
