Product Review: Lavender Meadows "You Mist"

I like the name of this product "You Mist". It reminds us how important it is to take care of ourselves.

It made me smile as soon as I read the bottle. Basically this is an aroma therapeutic facial mist and pillow spray, with the relaxing and calming scent of lavender. It is a small 2oz fluid bottle, so it can easily be taken on travel or stay in your bedside drawer. When I tried it, It was nice to spray my sheets and pillow with this mist before I went to bed. I think this would be a wonderful chance to try aromatherapy, if you haven't yet. When traveling this might also be a nice way to turn a cold hotel room into a reminder of home. The small plastic bottle can conveniently pack in your luggage. Why not add the wonderful scent of lavender to wherever you rest your head?
